Here we go again-

Disclaimer- the gig is up, my spell checker wasn't working properly during this post. My poor spelling secret is about to make it's debute...is that even how you spell 'debute'?

I won't make this long, but I feel you all deserve an update. As of today here is the 'short and sweet' our upside down life-

Sean got the job in American Fork at Recreation Outlet, hooray! He started yesterday and says 'so far so good'. Right now he is training to take over the manager's position when the said manager finds a teaching job. We're hoping this transition will happen in the next few months. As for me, I am still living here in Logan, sweet because I'm not excited to leave this town and bitter because my husband is sleeping an hr and a half away from me each night. This makes cuddling difficult. We decided to do this because for the time being Sean is only working part time while he trains. We thought it would be smart for me to keep my current job until I find a job in the SLC/Utah County area.

So, where are we living you ask? Sean is kicking it with our good family friends, The Myatts (thanks guys!) in Sandy, and I am staying in the currently vacant trailer of our good friends, the Archibalds, while they are away for the summer. We truly are so blessed to have such good people looking out for us. When and where we will end up living is still up in the air, it just depends on which city I find a job in. We'll keep you posted. Either way, it all boils down to the fact that we are...really and truly...leaving Logan. It's been a difficult concept for me to grasp really, I think mostly because it's all happening one very slow step at a time. Sorta similar, sorta, to what I imagine it would feel like to have your heart carved out with a dull spoon...kinda:) Sorry, maybe a little too graphic:) I'm just going to miss the life we've created for ourselves up here in Logan. I mean, you've seen my posts. We live among some very rad people, would you want to leave? I don't think so. It'll be ok though, I really think it will. We'll get settled down in our "old" home area and life will be good again. It's just going to take some getting used to, that's all. Cherries on top- #1- choosing which shot we want sean to start taking and #2- when to start going back to the reproductive peeps for me. If it sounds like I'm looking for some sympathy, I'm really not. Sean and I really are truly happy and feeling good these days, it's just that there is a lot going on for us and I feel like it will be nice when it settles the heck down. That's all:) Did I say this was going to be 'short and sweet'? If you know me well, and you all do, you know I'm incapable of such a thing:)

Ok, sorry for the long post. We need some pictures to spice up this depressing update.

A good outside shot the of the trailer I am going to miss so much. I know, it doesn't look like much from the outside, but it came to mean a lot to me. This was the day we moved out and some of the crew that helped us. Thanks again guys.

Here is a small sampling of the fabulous girls I got to share the trailer court with. Bryn'n, Jackie, Mindi (little nathan) and myself.

O' and a random shot of Sean jumping off the divingboard. Doesn't it look like he's having fun? This was moments after he pulled off the full-on back flop. Those are never fun.

And now that I've got the update out of the way I'm really commiting to start posting more regularly. We have so many fun random things going on all the time and I never take the time to share them with you. The keeping you out of the loop stops here and now:) That is my goal.

I'm SO excited that Sean got the job!!! But SO sad you guys are apart right now. If we end up at BYU we'll have a heck of a lot of less miles between us!!!
