I went to SNOW college from 2000-2002. The year 2000-2001...it was OK. But 2001-2002- one of the best years of my LIFE. Not only was I in a community I loved, going to a school I cherished, I also lived with a group of girls that I absolutely adored. I've said it before and I'll say it again- I truly have been surrounded by amazing individuals my whole life, and these 8 girls were no exception. We enjoyed each other so much (which I realize is not usually the case when it comes to roommates) that after graduation we decided we'd get together every 6 months to catch up with each other. We have kept this tradition now for...how long has it been ladies? 4 1/2 years? Anyway, a good while. Our get together crept up on us this year, and with the realization that families are getting larger and moving to different states and such, this may very well be the last year we are able to keep up our tradition. This being the case, we decided this time we needed to invite the husbands and children as well. Since we left SNOW 6 years ago (for the majority of us) our little group has grown from 8 to 27! Now that's a good amount of multiplying:) One would have thought it would have taken a year to choose a date that we could ALL get together. Not the case! All it took was Ali calling everyone ONCE and the date was set...everyone could make it! It was a Christmas miracle! Minus Christmas of course. Anyway, I could write an even longer novel to describe the events of the day, but I won't. Let's just say that we had a terrific terrific day. It's the people in our life that matter, not the things. I'll let the pictures say the rest.
The 217 Girls...minus one very important Kristin Wheelwright.

Willow Park Zoo. Man did the kids let loose here!

No one will ever forget the 'pirate treasure hunt' put together by Britt.

The treasure hunt was a HUGE success!

The BBQ at Ambie's place after the Park

And what party is complete with out a little Wii?

Whew. You made it. I know that was a lot of pictures...but it really is only a sample of the 256 pics I took that day. Thanks again everyone for a unforgettable day!

Man that is awesome you keep in touch with all your old roomies. 216 pics wow did that feel up your whole memory card? I miss the logan Zoo is it still only 50 cents? I do remember when it was free oh those were the days.
It was a great day--weekend really. Except for some reason the last two times we've gone to Logan I've come home sick?? I even went to the doctor today. Thankfully I don't have strep--yet--but they are going to keep the culture growing and let me know if anything changes.
Sorry about that Kristin, that totally stinks! Needless to say, we had a blast also! It was really fun, and we didn't want it to end. Thanks for posting pics! And thanks Jess (and Ali) for making it possible...and everyone else for coming! =P
